PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling of a foldable loading space of a load conveying carrier. SOLUTION: A bearing piece 20 is protrusively provided from a low side horizontal member 12 of a panel, and a pair of bearing portions 21a, 21b is protrusively provided at a side of the loading space 2 so as to clip the bearing piece 20. A pin 22 is provided with a coming-off preventive tip end portion 28 having a larger diameter than a pin main body 26 at an end on a head portion 27 side and a tapered-off tip, at a second end of the pin main body continuously provided with the head portion 27 at a first end. At an end portion on a pin inserting direction side of a shaft hole 25 in the bearing portion 21b on a pin inserting direction lower side, a small diameter portion 29 allowing the coming-off preventive tip end portion 28 to pass through by driving the pin 22.
