PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat turning and sliding device capable of reducing the cost by omitting a slide lock mechanism, an unlocking plate or the like, and simplifying the configuration of the device. SOLUTION: In the seat turning and sliding device, when a seat body 10 is in a most rear end position in a slidable range, a second gear member 42 is located on an end of the turnable range and its arc-shaped gear part is engaged with a first gear member 33w; the turn in the forward direction of the seat body 10 can be realized by the turn of the second gear member 42 from one end to the other end of the turnable range. When the second gear member 42 is turned to the other end of the turnable range, a straight gear part 42w of the second gear member 42 is parallel to the slide direction of the seat body 10, a first gear member 33w is engaged with the straight gear part 42w.
