PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exhaust structure of a storage box for an electronic unit, which immediately exhausting immersed water as a vapor even when the water is immersed in the storage box for the electronic unit. SOLUTION: In the ventilation structure of the storage box for the electronic unit installed in an engine room of a vehicle, the storage box for the electronic unit is provided with a first ventilation port opening to the front side of the vehicle and a second ventilation port opening to a wheel housing side of the side of the vehicle.
