PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for manufacturing a contact bonding postcard which enables filing of an unsealed contact bonding postcard at it is without taking the trouble of making punch holes, and a method for making a contact bonding postcard with a part to be bound. SOLUTION: Full-color printing is made on paper P fed from a paper cassette 13, by image forming units 19m-19k, and the paper is fed back by a conveyance unit 50 for perfecting printing to be subjected to the perfecting printing. The paper is then fed back again by the conveyance unit 50 for the perfecting printing and thereafter a pulverulent adhesive is applied to prescribed faces of the front and back sides of the paper by an image forming unit 19B wherein the adhesive is held and by the conveyance unit 50 and fixed by a fixing device 39. The punch holes are opened in prescribed spots by a punch hole forming part 60 and the paper is folded in two or three by a folding part 70, contact-bonded by a contact bonding device 84 and cut by a splitter composed of an edged roller 86 and a pressure welding roller 87.
