摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tie-line power flow control device, along with its control method, in which even if a power storage device becomes a condition that it charges or discharges for an extended period, the accumulated power will not become maximum or zero to cause interference power flow control. <P>SOLUTION: A tie-line power flow control device 10 controls power flow of a tie line 3, that ties power grids 101 and 102 together and comprises circuit breakers 1 and 2 at both ends. The power grid 101 comprises a power distribution line 5 connected to the tie line 3, at least one power generating device 6 capable of controlling the amount of power generation, a power load 7, and a power storage device 20, which stores power from the power distribution line 5 and discharges the stored power. An effective power command output means 11 generates effective power command from the difference between the tie-line effective power, based on the power flow detected by a tie-line power detecting part 4 and an effective power set value which has been set, in advance, and outputs the effective power command correction value to the power storage device 20, according to the tie-line effective power and a breaker operation signal. A power generation amount increasing/decreasing means 17 generates and outputs power generation command for a power generating device 6 in an electric power system, according to the stored amount of the storage device 20 which controls input/output power, based on the effective power command and the detected power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
