PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid composition whereby a film with excellent printability in printing or coating by the ink jet print method and the offset print method or the like and having a specific resistance adaptive to a resistor can be formed.

SOLUTION: The liquid composition contains a resin, conductive particles, and a solvent the vapor pressure at 25°C of which is less than 1.34×103Pa. The conductive particles are dispersed so that the average dispersion particle diameter is 500 nm or below, and the content of the conductive particles is 10 to 80 pts.vol. per 100 pts.vol. of a total amount of the resin and the conductive particles.
