<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive roller clutch with superior durability. <P>SOLUTION: The roller clutch 10 is provided with a clutch outer ring 11 having a clutch raceway surface 12 formed with a ramp part 19, a clutch inner ring 13 having a raceway surface 14 facing the clutch raceway surface 12, needle rollers 15 arranged between both raceway surfaces 12, 14, and a spring member 17 pressing the needle rollers 15 to jam them between both raceway surfaces 12, 14. By jamming in the needle rollers 15 between both raceway surfaces 12, 14, both bearing rings 11, 13 are connected, and torque is transmitted. A lubrication coating formed by shot peening of solid lubricant powder is coated on a roller contact part 24 of the spring member 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
