摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure security of account receivable without deviating largely from a reference credit limit set for each customer, and also without missing any order receiving opportunity. <P>SOLUTION: A credit sales system divides a plurality of persons 19 in charge of selling each article into a plurality of authority groups 18, and sets a credit limit discretionary value &Delta;W for each group. The system checks the credit not only at receiving order of articles but also at shipping the articles. At each credit checking, the system employs a credit limit W (=W<SB>S</SB>+&Delta;W) in which the discretionary value &Delta;W of the authority group 18, to which the sales person 19 belongs, is added to a reference credit limit W<SB>s</SB>settled for a customer.
