PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively provide advertisement information of one's own shop for a user interested in one's own shop.

SOLUTION: An advertisement distributing device 2 gets a hash value being shop classified information on a weak radio wave to be transmitted to a communication service area 20 in the neighborhood of the shop. An advertisement receiving terminal 3 previously acquires the hash value of the interested shop from a home page of the shop on a WWW server 4. When the advertisement receiving terminal 3 enters the communication service area, the hash value which the advertisement distributing device 2 transmits is received, and when it is the hash value of the interested shop, the hash value is returned to the advertisement distributing device 2. When the returned hash value is the same as the transmitted hash value, the advertisement distributing device 2 transmits the advertisement information of the shop to the receiving terminal 3. The receiving terminal 3 displays the advertisement information of the shop.
