<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of adjusting the attitude of an antenna so as to detect the optimum attitude for providing excellent reception sensitivity thereby improving reception sensitivity of a radio wave. <P>SOLUTION: The state of the antenna 30 supported in parallel with a dial plate 21 in the length direction along the direction of the X axis is made an ordinary state and the antenna 30 is tilted within a tilt angle range of -θmax and θmax.
