<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a non-oriented magnetic steel sheet having high space factor and possessing both machining characteristic and magnetic characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing the non-oriented magnetic steel sheet, a steel containing ≤0.06% C, ≤3.5% Si, 0.05-3.0% Mn, ≤2.5% Al, ≤0.30% P, ≤0.04% S, ≤0.02% N, 0%-0.02% Nb, >0.01% to ≤0.55% Ti and Nb, Ti, Zr and V in the range of 0<Nb/93+Zr/91+Ti/48+V/51-(C/21+N/14)<5×10<SP>-3</SP>, is formed into a rough-bar by applying rough hot-rolling at 78% or higher accumulated rolling reduction ratio after heating to 1,100-1,300°C. After rough hot-rolling, a hot-rolling is applied under state of ≥920°C the rough-bar temperature before finish hot-rolling and a cold-rolling is applied and a soaking is applied at 500-780°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
