PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning system and the like capable of positioning accurately, when there is a need to secure long integration time for positioning codes is required to assure, resulting from very weak satellite radio waves intensity. SOLUTION: The positioning system 20, positioning the current position, by using basic positioning codes carried on satellite radio waves emitted from positioning satellites, includes a second frequency information generating means generating second frequency information showing the second frequency, based on second correlation information, showing correlation values at an estimated phase at least at three frequencies including the first frequency; a frequency difference information generating means for generating frequency difference information showing the frequency difference between first frequency information and second frequency information; a first phase error information generating means for generating first phase error information showing errors of the first phase, based on the frequency difference fraction information or fraction of frequency difference with respect to the first frequency, and a second phase information generating means for generating second phase information showing the second phase, by correcting first phase information based on first phase error information.
