PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder measuring feeder capable of enhancing mass measuring accuracy of powders. SOLUTION: In the powder measuring feeder, an aperture 2a introducing powder is prepared on the top surface of a casing 2, a supplying board 4 including a plurality of powder receiving sections 4a releasing their upper and lower sides is prepared rotatably within the casing 2, a scraping plate 2c with a slot 2d is prepared on a position just above the supplying board 4 so as to cover a migrating excursion plane of the powder receiving sections 4a, a backing plate 2e covering downward is prepared at a position just below the supplying board 4 adjoining with the supplying board 4 to make the supplying board 4 slidably, a dropping hole 2f is prepared at a position, through which the powder receiving sections 4a of the backing plate 2e and which does not communicate with the slot 2d, a platform scale 7 of a load cell 6 is prepared at a position below the dropping hole 2f, a discharging hole 2b is prepared at a position below the platform scale 7 of the casing 2, a scratch-leaving plate 8 leaving powder on the platform scale 7 to the discharging hole 2b by scratching is prepared at a position below the backing plate 2e so as to rotate with the supplying board 4 cooperatively, and then the amount supplied of powder is measured, based on the mass value of powder on the platform scale 7 and the number of rotations of the supplying board 4.
