PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle motor for removing vibration and noise generated when a disk is rotated. SOLUTION: The spindle motor 100 includes a rotating shaft 111, a bearing 115 for rotatably supporting the rotating shaft 111, holders 125 for supporting the bearing 115, and a base member for supporting the holders 125 in a fixed state and having a self-buffering force. The base member includes a first base 145 and a second base 155 to which the holders 125 are inserted and coupled at a predetermined interval, and the buffering member 165 put between the first base 145 and the second base 155.
