PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanotube-polyolefin composite which contains a carbon nanotube and a polyolefin and is excellent in conductivity. SOLUTION: The carbon nanotube-polyolefin composite containing the olefin polymer and the carbon nanotube is obtained by polymerizing an olefin in the presence of a catalytically treated product obtained by catalytically treating a catalytically treated product, obtained through a catalytic treatment of (A) the carbon nanotube and (B) an organometallic complex, with (C) an activating cocatalyst.
