PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor microparticle film in which phosphor microparticles are coated in uniform thickness in particle level. SOLUTION: Pattern-like monolayer phosphor microparticle films (24 and 26) are characterized in that phosphor microparticle films formed on the substrate surface are covalently bonded through a first organic film (21) formed on a substrate surface (22) and second organic films (23 and 25) formed on the surfaces of phosphor microparticles to each other.
