PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light bone conduction earphone device having improved sound quality, high conversion efficiency, and improved attachment properties. SOLUTION: The earphone device comprises a bone conduction speaker 11 for generating acoustic vibration, and an arcuate band member 12 rotating downward on a face surface. In the earphone device, the bone conduction speaker 11 mechanically coupled to both the ends of the band member 12 has a key-shaped projection 17 at the tip, and is hooked to a tragus or the front cartilage of a cavum conchae section. The arcuate band member 12 is made of an elastic material, so that the tip of the bone conduction speaker 11 is pressed against the tragus or cavum conchae section with fixed pressure.
