PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and cooling processing device for a lead frame continuum, capable of quickly applying a heating and cooling process to the entire lead frame continuum subjected to press working, while constrained. SOLUTION: A first metal belt 12a is wound, in endless manner, between a pair of rollers consisting of a first driving roller 10a and a second driven roller 10b, and is pulled and rotated in a specified tensile. A second metal belt 10b is wound, in endless manner, between a pair of rollers consisting of a second driving roller 10c and a second driven roller 10d, and is pulled and rotated in a specified tensile. The portions of the first metal belt 12a and the second metal belt 12b running in the direction of driving roller are stacked under a specified contact pressure. In order for heating and cooling while constraining the entire of continuum 20 supplied between the two stacked metal belts, the two metal belts are so provided as to penetrate a heating part 17 and a cooling region for traveling.
