PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermo-plate in which a route and terminals of a heat source body are arranged with high flexibility, thus temperature distribution is sufficiently optimized and a tie-up position of the terminals can be freely designed. SOLUTION: The thermo-plate comprises a plate 2 as a heat conductor having groove parts 2a-2e formed in its surface; and a plurality of heat source bodies 4a-4e formed into a linear shape or a tubular shape, incorporated along the bottom parts of the groove parts 2a-2e therein, and capable of generating heat and being cooled. At least one set from among the plurality of heat source bodies 4a-4e are arranged to cross each other. The groove parts 2a-2d in which the heat source bodies 4a-4d crossing each other are incorporated and the groove part 2e in which the heat source body 4e is incorporated are formed to have depths different from each other.
