PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and readily usable apparatus for evenly delivering granules with a relatively simple structure, evenly delivering a required amount of the granules in small portions and hardly causing undissolved lumps of the granule without requiring maintenance operation. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for evenly delivering the granules is equipped with a body case 3 for housing the granule A, a rotor 5 having a tilted guide surface 11 for guiding the housed granule A toward a delivering outlet 9, a compression coil spring 31 as an urging means for urging the rotor 5 in the direction to narrow the delivering outlet 9 and stirring rods 39 and 43 as delivering and guidance means. A concentrated load P acting on a wedgy space 45 between the tilted guide surface 11 and the inner wall surface of the body case 3 is larger than the urging force F of the compression coil spring 31 to thereby deliver the granule A.
