<p>is prepd. from LiH and LiAlH4 in (i) 1:1 ether-cyclohexane or (ii): ether-toluene, under H2 pressure >100 atm. in the presence of diphenyl methane at cla. 95 degrees C for 24h. Method is direct.</p>
