The portable basket has a main frame (10) of oval shape with a front curved bar (11) and a rear curved bar (12), which are connected at their four ends by two coupling devices (13). The framework surrounding packaging material (20) consists of two layers and multiple clamps (21), which are arranged at a distance at an upper edge for clamping at the main frame. Two inserted plates (30), consists of a front curved plate (31) and a rear curved plate (32), which are fixed into the respective seams (23) of the packaging material inserted into these by zippers (24).
