A method for determination of a glycosylated protein to be determined in a sample containing two or more types of glycosylated proteins comprising the steps of:, in an aqueous vehicle, (i) degrading the two or more types of glycosylated proteins into glycosylated amino acids and/or glycosylated oligopeptides by allowing a protease to act on the two or more types of glycosylated proteins in the sample; (ii) removing a product produced in a reaction solution by allowing an enzyme acting on the glycosylated amino acids and/or glycosylated oligopeptides produced from a glycosylated protein other than the glycosylated protein to be determined to act on; and (iii) determining a product produced in the reaction solution by allowing an enzyme acting on the glycosylated amino acids and/or the glycosylated oligopeptides produced from the glycosylated protein to be determined to act on.
