A burner for waste tire and firewood with a stove and boiler function and an automatic combustion control method thereof are provided to maximize heating efficiency by reusing heat generated from the combustion of the waste. A burner for waste tire and firewood with a stove and boiler function includes a fire box(10), a combustion path, a plurality of warm water tanks(34), a circulation pump(32), and an expansion tank(30). The combustion path includes a plurality of combustion chambers(21) installed at the top of the fire box in zigzag. The warm water tanks are connected to each other through a flow path at one side of the combustion chamber. The top warm water tank is connected to a fan coil unit or a floor coil(31). One end of the fan coil unit or the floor coil is connected to the circulation pump attached with a water temperature sensor. The circulation pump is connected to the bottom warm water tank. The top warm water tank is connected to the expansion tank for continuous supply of water from the expansion tank.
