<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a blade raw material made of multilayered synthetic resins of partially different kinds used for an electrophotographic apparatus and a blade, and to provide the multilayered blade raw material having the stable quality and the blade. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the multilayered blade for the electrophotographic apparatus, a liquid synthetic resin forming a partial layer is cast in the form of a bead into one die of split dies and thereafter, the dies are assembled and the liquid synthetic resin forming a base layer is molded into the die and is cured by heating, and thereby forming the blade raw material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
