<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for notifying a user about output completion of image data, allowing easy confirmation of contents of an output-completed image, and capable of easily preventing secret information leakage of personal information or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic mail address of a prescribed transmission destination terminal is set.
