<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transgenic nonhuman animal usable for visibilitization of live endogenous opioid peptide producing neuron, and to provide use thereof. <P>SOLUTION: Transgenic nonhuman animal specifically expressing fluorescent protein by the endogenous opioid peptide producing neuron is produced by transformation of a gene by BAC method, which gene is connected with the expression control domain of an endogenous opioid peptide precursor gene and a fluorescent protein gene. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
