PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively shorten the time that a user requires to get familiar with lenses by effectively suppressing such a phenomenon that a straight line is distorted owing to lens aberrations when viewed through marginal parts of lenses while effectively improving the external appearance.

SOLUTION: A lens 1 for bifocal glasses, having a farsighted part 2 and a shortsighted part 3 is constituted such that the curved surface of the lens of the farsighted part 2 being more than half of the lens is in an aspherical surface shape.
