摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing compound optical elements with which a predetermined resin layer thickness can be obtained; and also to provide an optical substrate used for the method, and a mold. SOLUTION: The optical substrate 1 is the result of integration of a convex lens-shaped part 2 and a flat-shaped part 3. On the undersurface of the flat-shaped part outside the convex lens-shaped part 2 which is optically effective, three convex parts 4 are provided at an interval of 120°. These convex parts 4 determine the size of the gap between the optical substrate 1, and the mold and another optical substrate that face the optical substrate 1, when they abut against the plane reference surface (reference surface, where the points that the convex parts abut against are on the same plane) of the mold and another optical substrate that face them, or to be fitted to the concave parts formed there in the process for sandwiching energy-curing resin between the optical substrate, and the mold and other optical substrates, pressing them, and hardening the energy-curing resins. By using the optical substrate 1, the thickness of the energy-curing resins is determined in correspondence with the height of the convex parts 4, thereby making the thickness accurate.
