PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the consumed current of an output circuit by shortening a rising time of an output voltage of a current mirror circuit. SOLUTION: The current mirror circuit 30 is composed of PMOSs 31 to 34. A current flowing when an input voltage Vin is at an "H" level is shut off in response to that the PMOS 31 in cascade connection is automatically turned off depending on a change in a level of a node N34 from an "L" level into an "H" level. Since gates of the PMOSs 31, 33 are directly connected to the node N34 by a signal line, the rising time of the voltage of the node N34 is shortened, thereby reducing the consumed current of the whole output circuit.
