PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the fluctuation of wiring resistance due to erosion. SOLUTION: A designing method for a semiconductor device includes a step (A) of arranging a plurality of wires 10 which transmit the same signal, in parallel in a wiring layer; and a step (B) of so forming a wiring forbidding area RP, in which the arrangement of other wires 20 is forbidden, that the forbidding area RP covers the gaps between the wires 10 in the same wiring layer.
