PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit unit for suppressing re-use of a circuit board, and also to provide a battery pack. SOLUTION: The circuit unit includes a case 22 for storing the circuit board 21 and a cover 23 for closing the case 22. The circuit board 21 includes a scored part 17 which is lowered in the intensity thereof almost in the form of a line. The case 22 includes engagements 201 to 205 engaged with one side viewed from the scored line 17 in the circuit board 21, and the cover 23 includes an engagement 206 engaged with the other side viewed from the scored line 17 in the circuit board 21.
