发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THICK-FILM TAPE-LIKE RE-BASED (123) SUPERCONDUCTOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a thick-film tape-like RE-based (123) superconductor having a high critical current value. SOLUTION: A material solution with trifluoroacetate of Y and Ba and naphthenate of Cu solved therein is applied to a composite substrate composed by sequentially forming Gd<SB>2</SB>Zr<SB>2</SB>O<SB>7</SB>and CeO<SB>2</SB>on a hastelloy substrate; a calcination heat treatment is applied to it; thereafter an intermediate heat treatment is applied at a temperature lower that that of a heat treatment for superconductor generation; then the heat treatment for superconductor generation is applied in an argon gas atmosphere having the highest heating temperature of 760°C, steam partial pressure of 13.5%, and oxygen partial pressure of 0.09%; and thus the tape-like RE-based (123) superconductor having a YBCO superconductive film having a thickness exceeding about 2μm is manufactured.
