PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor system which secures space efficiency and certainly floating-mount a motor on a vehicle spring lower part. SOLUTION: This in-wheel motor system is devised to make only mass of an electric motor 10 work as mass of a dynamic damper by couping the electric motor 10 and a reduction gear mechanism 11 to each other by a flexible coupling 12, and by mounting a motor case 10a of the electric motor 10 on a motor mounting member 4m arranged on a knuckle 5 which is the vehicle spring lower part or a strut 4 to suspend the knuckle 5 on the vehicle body, through a cushioning mechanism 20 furnished with a spring member 21 arranged around a center in the tire longitudinal direction of the motor case on the upper surface side of a damper and the motor case 10a from its upper part side and two pieces of guide members 23 to guide the working direction of the spring member 21 and the damper.
