PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a work before installation and a lifting work in installing an outdoor unit of an air conditioner on a ceiling surface of a building, improving stability in lifting up to perform the lifting work by one worker, and to easily and quickly install the outdoor unit on the ceiling surface. SOLUTION: A main body for loading the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, to be installed on the ceiling surface of the building is provided, four take-up grooves are formed on an outer periphery of a take-up drum rotatably disposed on a lower face of the main body, the four cables are respectively fixed to the four take-up grooves at their one end, four guide pulleys are disposed to guide the other end sides of four cables to the upper direction, the other end sides of the four cables are respectively provided with locking tools respectively locked to a pair of mounting members, a drum rotating mechanism for rotating the take-up drum is composed of a worm gear, and a driving shaft of a worm of the worm gear is provided with a mounting portion for detachably mounting a mounting/demounting portion of a portable electrically-driven rotating tool.
