PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate need of a machine which does not cause increase in cost and requires a large installing space when cutting out a punched image formed in a subject to be machined in a desired area. SOLUTION: A device has a punching head forming the punched image on the surface to be machined of the subject to be machined based on the punching data obtained from image data, a cutting head cutting out the subject to be machined based on cutting data obtained from the image data, and a controlling means controlling the punching head and the cutting head so as to do processing for cutting out the subject to be machined by supplying the cutting data obtained from the image data to the cutting head after completing the processing for forming the punched image on the surface to be machined of the subject to be machined by supplying the punching data obtained from the image data to the punching head.
