PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making apparatus for removing feces of a pet having ultrahigh merchandise value. SOLUTION: The apparatus for removing the feces of the pet is equipped with a bag body supporting part 2 supporting the bag body 3 for receiving the feces at the tip of a grip handle 1. A pair of urging action rod bodies 4 and 5 additionally installed in opposite parts 3A and 3B composing a bag mouth part 3a of the bag body 3, respectively and bending and deforming against return urging force are installed at the tip of the grip handle 1. When the urging rod bodies 4 and 5 are in a mutual parallel state, the bag mouth part 3a becomes a closed state. When the urging action rod bodies 4 and 5 are bent and deformed against the return urging force, respectively to mutually separate the central parts, the urging action rod bodies 4 and 5 are changed from the parallel state into an annular state. Thereby, the bag mouth part 3a is installed so as to change from the closed state into an opened state. As a result, the bag body supporting part 2 is composed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
