A cellular electrophysiological sensor comprising a well provided with a wall surface of one curved surface having open portions at its two ends; a frame base board provided with through-holes and an electrode; a cellular electrophysiological sensor chip provided with a thin plate having second through-holes; and a hollow base board, wherein the frame base board has a thickness greater than that of the cellular electrophysiological sensor chip, and wherein the opening diameter of third open portion is larger than that of fourth open portion.
