An organic electro-luminescent display device is provided to reduce the power consumption of the OELD(Organic Electro-Luminescent Display) device by minimizing the loss of emitted light through a glass substrate with a high refractive index. An organic electro-luminescent display device includes a substrate(200), a first electrode(290), an organic film layer(310), a second electrode(320), and a seal substrate(340). The first electrode is arranged on the substrate. The organic film layer is arranged on the first electrode and at least includes a light emitting layer. The second electrode is arranged on the organic film layer. The seal substrate is attached to the substrate. At least one of the substrate and the seal substrate is made of glass, whose refractive index lies between 1.75 and 1.9.
