An absorbent and antibacterial polystyrene paper, a producing method thereof and a tray using the same are provided to allow blood or moisture generated from a food to flow into an open cell through an absorbing hole. A method of producing an absorbent and antibacterial polystyrene paper includes the steps of: mixing a nucleating agent master of 2~4 weight %, batch and an anti-electrostatic agent master batch of 3~5 weight %, and a polystyrene of 91~95 weight %; foaming the mixture by applying a foaming agent; and forming a sheet through extruding and meting such that a plurality of absorbing holes is formed on the surface of the sheet.
