<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road marking luminous plate of a non-slip property with high wear resistance, durability and weather resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The road marking luminous plate is formed by mixing and agitating a powdery or sandy light storage material, transparent short fiber and white cement in a transparent resin-based binder to form a mixture, and pouring the mixture into a form.
