<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support specification of an optimum worker made to execute requested work. <P>SOLUTION: This work management support device 100 has: a worker database 131 for storing worker information; and a work request database 132 for storing work request information. A CPU 11 of the work management support device 100 collects evaluation information to the executed work by an evaluation program 143, and stores it in the work request database 132. When a retrieval condition wherein an item necessary for the specification of the worker is designated is input, the CPU 11 of the work management support device 100 accesses at least one of the worker database 131 and the work request database 132 to execute retrieval, and displays a retrieval result on a display part 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
