PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing program, an image processing method, an image processing apparatus, and an image processing system capable of particularizing a leakage source even on the occurrence of leakage of confidential information, so as to flexibly cope with a utilizing environment of the system and a security level on request.

SOLUTION: A ROM of a control section for controlling each section of a multifunction machine stores an image processing program for allowing a CPU to execute: an execution step of executing jobs; a generation step of generating a job log after the execution of the job and storing the job log; a generating step of generating a log image from the image processed by the job and storing the log image; a transfer step of transferring the job log and the log image that are stored to an external device; a setting step for setting a transfer warrant level of the log image to the external device; and a control step of prioritizing the execution step or the transfer step depending on the set transmission warrant level.
