<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compatible efficient recycling and high-definition print-out regarding a scan image in a copier or a compound machine. <P>SOLUTION: Noise elimination is performed on a scan image and the scan image is then vectorized to produce vectorized data. The vectorized data are restored and a differential from the scan image is generated to produce a differential image. The vectorized data and the differential image are composed to constitute a bit map image for print-out.
