PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent foreign matters from entering through a mount part, regarding a digital camera with interchangeable photographic lens. SOLUTION: The digital camera 10 comprises the camera body 11, a lens unit 12 and a grip part 13. The grip part 13 is pivotally attached to a hinge part 16 formed on the camera body 11, and shifted between a grip position functioning as a grip and a covering position where the grip part covers the front surface 11a of the camera body 11 so as to protect the mount part 22. A soft sheet 45 is provided on the grip part 13 while being wound around the outer circumference of the grip part 13. The soft sheet 45 is crushed by the camera body 11 and the grip part 13 when the grip part 13 is shifted to the covering position, then, a gap formed between the front surface 11a and a side surface S1 is stopped by the soft sheet 45.
