PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesive property of a sound absorbing tool while preventing molding failure. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire 1 with a noise absorbing tool comprises a toroidal pneumatic tire 2, and the noise absorbing tool made from sponge material adhered to an inner cavity face 2i and extending in a tire circumferential direction. On the inner cavity face 2i, a plurality of protrusions 6 molded by bladders at the time of vulcanization is formed. The protrusions 6 include first protrusions 6a extending in an adhesive area Y to which the noise absorbing tool of the inner cavity face 2a is adhered. The first protrusions 6a are 0.2 to 1.0 mm in height, 0.4 to 1.6 mm in width, and 0.08 to 1.00 mm<SP>2</SP>in virtual cross sectional area obtained by the product of the height and width.
