PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client security management system for the purpose of improving the security level of the entire system. SOLUTION: A security management information gathering instruction part 104 is periodically executed, and security management information such as a patch and a virus definition pattern is acquired from a client by an information acquisition part 116 and is stored in an asset management data base 124 as history information. On the basis of the acquired history information, the security measure conditions of the client in an analysis period set by a security application condition part 110 are statistically evaluated. Also, by performing the analysis of the factor of security measures relating to the client once infected by viruses in the past or the like by an analysis part 109, measures are taken beforehand for the user of client assets whose usual security conscious level is low.
