PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blur correction device for photographed moving image which can correct blur of a photographed moving image without reducing the display range of a moving image. SOLUTION: This blur correction device is provided with: a scene discriminating means 11 for discriminating that a plurality of frame images are obtained by photographing the same scene when a plurality of target pixels extracted from an arbitrary frame image exist in a plurality of continuous frame images; a blur image discriminating means 12 for respectively generating motion vectors of corresponding target pixels between continuous frame images discriminated to have the same scene and discriminating a blurred image on the basis of fluctuation characteristics of the motion vectors; a scenery image generating means 13 for performing composite processing of each frame image discriminated as a blurred image so that prescribed target pixels may match to generate a scenery image; and a moving image reproducing means 14 for correcting image blur of each frame image on the basis of the motion vectors and complementing an image defective part caused by correction from the scenery image to generate a new frame image.
