PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a BF separation device for measuring a substance to be inspected in a specimen by simply performing a BF separation process. SOLUTION: The BF separation device is constituted of a plurality of the chambers installed on a rotary plate and the flow channel for connecting the chambers to measure the substance to be inspected in the specimen. A first specific bonding substance, which is specifically bonded to the substance to be inspected, and the substance to be inspected are mixed in at least one of a plurality of the chambers to form a bonded composite and a non-bonded substance and there is the BF separation chamber for separating the bonded composite and the non-bonded substance. A carrier for sensitizing the second specific bonding substance, which is bonded to either one of the bonded composite and the non-bonded substance, is contained in the BF separation chamber and, after the carrier is allowed to act on the mixed liquid of the bonded composite and the non-bonded substance, the carrier is separated under a rotary condition by centrifugal force to separate the bonded composite and the non-bonded substance.
