PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and objectively grasp especially the morbid state of asthma patient, to perform the intervention due to an inhalation steroid agent at the optimum time while stopping intervention at the optimum time and to markedly enhance the treatment efficiency of bronchial asthma. SOLUTION: The presence amount of cytokine (IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNF-α, IL-1β, IFN-γ, etc) or chemokine in a specimen to be examined is calculated to examine the morbid state of a disease originating from the specimen to be examined. The examination kit for examining the morbid state of the disease includes a confirmation means for measuring the presence of cytokine in the specimen to be examined on the basis of the examination method, an installation means of the specimen to be examined and a means for accessing the specimen to be examined to the confirmation means.
